The lady i first spoke with at 8pm yesterday evening was really nice and helped me with some tips on my hamster. The lady who i met in the vets was really nice too..

I would like to say how sympathetic and caring the group were when Holly got ill. None of us realised quite how poorly she was, and without Sarah\'s referral to Willows, we might not have known for a long while and Holly could have been suffering for this time. Again a BIG Thank you to every one there, those we see and those who work behind the scenes. I will recommend the practice, but as yet, I\'m not sure if I want another pet, but if I did I would definately return to the practice.

With all 3 pets who have visited your vets we have been very impressed with who ever we have seen, in particular Sarah dealing with our Rabbit and on the latest occasion Emily with Rio our chicken - particularly impressed with the follow up phonecall the next day. Also very impressed with how Sarah dealt calmly with difficult customer while we were waiting to be seen!

I would just like to say an enormous thank you to everyone at SJ Hales, Otto is now back to \'normal\' fighting fit! He is so grateful you guys helped him in his hour of need- also a heartfelt thank you to Sarah for doing a direct claim with pet plan,picking up the pieces from previous vets & seeing us at short notice on an early Saturday morning. You are always avaliable to speak to Elgar or I on the telephone or in person which proves you & the staff at SJ Hales have the animals & owners best interests at heart. I can not stress to you how let down I felt from the previous vets but you guys were a breath of fresh air. I also got to visit Leamington again which was an added bonus! Again, thank you ALL for helping Otto 🙂

Wife & I would like to express our sincere thanks to two fine young ladies who came out to our cottage on Saturday to attend our beloved Juno who had suffered a stroke. They were so kind & caring in carrying out a duty that I'm sure hurts them as much as it hurts owners. Our fifteen year-old loyal friend found two more people to love as she made her final journey. Please thank them both - they are a credit to your practice. We both feel our hearts are breaking right now and your girls made it a little bit easier for us and more importantly, Juno. We have had very good service for 17 years, but especially when our elderly cats were ill recently. Their eventual euthanasia was handled really well and sensitively - right down to the nice postcard we received. We shall definitely return when we get more cats.
