Payment and insurance
Payment is required at the time of treatment and can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or Maestro/Solo (Switch) or other debit cards.
Pet insurance policies can protect you against unexpected expenses: ask for details at reception. Assistance with fees can sometimes be obtained from animal charities: this must however be arranged and confirmed in advance of treatment.
Please be aware any cheque returned unpaid, card payment not honored or cash tendered and found to be counterfeit will be charged back to your account together with any bank or other charges incurred and an administration fee. Additional administration fees and costs incurred in the collection of unpaid accounts and interest accrued will be charged to your account as they arise.
